Winter Salad

A vibrant and healthy mix of spring greens, juicy oranges, and crunchy candied pecans, topped with creamy feta.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Spring greens, rinsed and dried
  • 2 Juicy oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 1 cup Pomegranate seeds
  • ½ cup Crumbled feta cheese
  • ½ cup Candied pecans
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the spring greens in a large salad bowl.
  2. Add the segmented oranges and pomegranate seeds on top of the greens.
  3. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese and candied pecans over the salad.
  4. Whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper in a separate small bowl.
  5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all the ingredients.
  6. Serve immediately, or chill for a bit for flavors to mingle.
