- 4 cups Spring greens, rinsed and dried
- 2 Juicy oranges, peeled and segmented
- 1 cup Pomegranate seeds
- ½ cup Crumbled feta cheese
- ½ cup Candied pecans
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Combine the spring greens in a large salad bowl.
- Add the segmented oranges and pomegranate seeds on top of the greens.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese and candied pecans over the salad.
- Whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper in a separate small bowl.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all the ingredients.
- Serve immediately, or chill for a bit for flavors to mingle.
