- 1 cup aquafaba (chickpea brine)
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Pour the aquafaba into a mixing bowl and add the cream of tartar. Whip on high speed until stiff peaks form (about 5-7 minutes).
- Gradually incorporate the powdered sugar into the whipped aquafaba and whip until fully dissolved and incorporated.
- Add the vanilla extract and whisk until well combined and fluffy.
- Use immediately or transfer to an airtight container for later use.
Notes
For best results, chill the aquafaba before whipping. Ensure the mixing bowl is clean to achieve proper whipping.
