Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup finely chopped vegetables (e.g., cabbage, carrots, mushrooms)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil for baking

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour and water. Stir until a soft dough forms.
  2. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead it for a few minutes until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the finely chopped vegetables with soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Divide the dough into small balls and roll each one into a thin circle.
  5. Place a spoonful of the vegetable filling in the center of each circle. Fold and seal tightly.
  6. Set the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet with a little cooking oil.
  7. Arrange the dumplings on the baking sheet and lightly brush them with oil. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
