For the Pizza:

  • 2 naan breads
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup cucumber, diced
  • ¼ cup Kalamata olives, sliced
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

For the Tzatziki Sauce:

 

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup cucumber, finely grated and drained
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and place the naan on a baking sheet.

  • Prepare the Tzatziki Sauce:
    In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and refrigerate until ready to use.

  • Season the Chicken:
    In a small bowl, toss the cooked chicken with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

  • Assemble the Pizza:
    Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the naan. Top with seasoned chicken, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, and Kalamata olives.

  • Bake the Pizza:
    Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

 

  • Garnish & Serve:
    Remove from the oven, drizzle with tzatziki sauce, and sprinkle crumbled feta on top. Slice and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, bake the naan for 2-3 minutes before adding toppings.
  • Substitute store-bought tzatziki for convenience.
  • Add arugula or fresh spinach for extra greens.
