Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Rinse and chop the mixed greens, halving the cherry tomatoes, slicing the cucumber, and thinly slicing the red onion.
- Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Combine the Salad: In a large bowl, toss the mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
- Add Feta and Nuts: Sprinkle the feta cheese and nuts over the salad.
- Dress the Salad: Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving, and give it another gentle toss.
