- 2 cups leftover stuffing
- 1 cup cooked turkey, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine leftover stuffing, cooked turkey, cheese, parsley, and beaten egg. Season with salt and pepper.
- Form the mixture into balls about the size of a golf ball.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the stuffing balls until golden brown and crispy on the outside, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from oil and let drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
Serve warm as an appetizer or snack, possibly with a dipping sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
