Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine leftover stuffing, cooked turkey, cheese, parsley, and beaten egg. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into balls about the size of a golf ball.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the stuffing balls until golden brown and crispy on the outside, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Remove from oil and let drain on paper towels before serving.
