- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Add the strawberries to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add the oats, banana, and milk to the blender, then blend until well combined.
- Add honey and vanilla extract for extra sweetness and flavor, if desired. Blend again.
- Add ice cubes if you like your smoothie chilled, and blend until the ice is crushed and integrated.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
Notes
Use ripe bananas for extra sweetness and creaminess. Adjust liquid for your preferred thickness.
