- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the strawberries, banana, almond milk, and matcha powder in a blender.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Taste and add honey or maple syrup if you’d like additional sweetness.
- Add ice cubes for a chilled smoothie, then blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
Notes
Use ripe fruit for the best flavor and sweetness. Adjust the thickness by adding more or less almond milk. Chill your ingredients beforehand for a frostier smoothie.
