- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup sourdough discard
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Add in the Greek yogurt, almond milk, and sourdough discard. Mix until you have a sticky dough.
- Fold in the cheddar cheese, reserving a tablespoon to sprinkle on top.
- Scoop out 12 biscuits onto the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
Notes
Chill the dough for 10 minutes before baking for fluffier biscuits. Store cooled biscuits in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
