- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in your slow cooker.
- In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, and olive oil.
- Drizzle the sauce over the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
- You can shred the chicken with two forks or serve the breasts whole, drizzled with the sauce.
Notes
For added flavor, let the chicken marinate in the sauce in the slow cooker. Serve with rice or noodles to soak up the delicious sauce.
