- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 large apple, diced

Instructions
- Prepare the broccoli by steaming or blanching it until it’s bright green and just tender, about 2-3 minutes.
- Rinse the broccoli under cold water to stop cooking and retain its color.
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, blueberries, and diced apple.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and poppy seeds until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and gently toss until well coated.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Notes
Use fresh broccoli for best results. Adjust honey for desired sweetness and consider adding nuts for extra crunch.
