- 450 grams (1 pound) fresh green beans
- 50 grams (1/2 cup) grated Parmesan cheese
- 30 grams (1/2 cup) panko bread crumbs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and trim the green beans by cutting off the ends.
- In a large bowl, toss the green beans with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper until well-coated.
- Spread the green beans evenly on a baking sheet, ensuring they are in a single layer.
- In a separate bowl, mix together 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese and 30 grams of panko breadcrumbs.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan-panko mixture evenly over the green beans.
- Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the green beans are tender, and the topping is golden brown.
- Serve warm as a delightful side dish.
Notes
For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free panko. Nutritional yeast can replace Parmesan for a vegan dish.
