- 2 tablespoons Honey (+ more to drizzle)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
- Pistachio halves (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, chopped pistachios, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until combined.
- Scoop the mixture into small portions and shape into balls or patties.
- Roll each bite in additional chopped pistachios for a crunchy exterior.
- Place on a serving platter and drizzle with more honey.
- Garnish with pistachio halves and serve immediately.
Notes
Chill the bites for 10 minutes before rolling for firmer shaping. Store in an airtight container, best consumed cold.
