- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 packet brown gravy mix
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, chopped onion, egg, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in size.
- Place the meatballs in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Mix the brown gravy mix with beef broth in a separate bowl until smooth, then pour over the meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes (6-8 hours) or on high for 180-240 minutes (3-4 hours), until the meatballs are cooked through and tender.
- Serve hot over mashed potatoes or rice for a cozy dinner.
Notes
Use lean ground beef for tender meatballs. Adjust seasoning with herbs or spices to fit your taste.
