Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 packet brown gravy mix
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, chopped onion, egg, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in size.
  3. Place the meatballs in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  4. Mix the brown gravy mix with beef broth in a separate bowl until smooth, then pour over the meatballs.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes (6-8 hours) or on high for 180-240 minutes (3-4 hours), until the meatballs are cooked through and tender.
  6. Serve hot over mashed potatoes or rice for a cozy dinner.
