- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla recommended)
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- A pinch of black pepper
Instructions
- Place the frozen pineapple chunks, banana, almond milk, protein powder, turmeric, ginger, honey or maple syrup, and black pepper in a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness with more honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Pour into a glass or a to-go cup and enjoy!
Notes
Use frozen pineapple for a frosty texture. Adjust milk for desired consistency and experiment with different protein powders.
