- 1 package mozzarella balls (about 12 oz)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wrap each mozzarella ball with a slice of prosciutto tightly to secure it.
- Place the wrapped mozzarella on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the bites and sprinkle with oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the prosciutto is crispy and golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh basil if using, and serve warm.
Notes
Don’t rush the baking time; a crispy prosciutto adds the perfect texture. Experiment with your favorite herbs for a unique twist. Use fresh mozzarella for a creamier filling.
