Instructions
- In a pan, heat oil over medium heat.
- Add potstickers and cook until crispy.
- Remove potstickers and set aside.
- In the same pan, add sliced bell peppers, snap peas, and carrots.
- Sauté until vegetables are tender.
- Add soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Stir to combine and heat through.
- Return the potstickers to the pan, tossing to coat in the sauce.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Use frozen potstickers for a quicker fix. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
