- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup chopped pistachios (shelled)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the rice Chex cereal.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and peanut butter together, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the melted mixture over the cereal and stir gently to coat.
- Transfer the mixture to a large plastic bag, add the powdered sugar, and shake until evenly coated.
- Spread the puppy chow out on a baking sheet to cool.
- Once cooled, sprinkle the chopped pistachios over the top, and serve.
