Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In an oven-safe skillet, combine the heavy cream and shredded cheese over medium heat, stirring until the cheese melts and the mixture is smooth.
- Add the chopped zucchini, shredded chicken, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Mix well to combine.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for about 20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
Use freshly shredded cheese for the best melting texture. Feel free to add extra veggies like spinach or bell peppers for added nutrition.
