- 2 cups (200 g) graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cups (240 g) confectioners’ sugar
- 1 cup (225 g) butter or margarine, melted
- 1 cup (250 g) peanut butter
- 1.5 cups (255 g) semisweet chocolate chips
- 4 tablespoons (60 g) peanut butter
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients to get started.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, confectioners’ sugar, melted butter or margarine, and 1 cup of peanut butter until everything is well-blended.
- Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of an ungreased 9×13-inch pan.
- Place the chocolate chips and 4 tablespoons of peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high, stirring every 15 seconds, until the mixture is smooth.
- Spread the chocolate-peanut butter mixture over the crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into 12 squares.
Notes
These bars can be made a day in advance and stored in the fridge. They are great as snacks on-the-go.
