- 8 ounces pasta
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the pasta and milk to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the pasta is cooked, stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
Stir occasionally while simmering to prevent sticking. For added flavor, consider a pinch of red pepper flakes or a dash of lemon juice before serving.
