Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Sear the chicken in a large skillet over medium heat until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes on each side. Remove the chicken and set aside.
- Melt the butter in the same skillet. Add the minced garlic and sauté for one minute until fragrant.
- Add the chicken broth to the skillet and bring it to a simmer.
- Stir in the egg noodles and bring the mixture to a boil. Cook according to package instructions until the noodles are tender.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, cover, and let it cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F. Adjust chicken broth for desired noodle texture. Consider adding vegetables for extra nutrition.
