- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 1/2 cups dairy-free chocolate chips
- 1 cup coconut milk
Instructions
- Combine the almond flour, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup in a mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a tart pan to create a crust. Make sure it’s even and smooth.
- Melt the dairy-free chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler until smooth.
- Whisk in the coconut milk to the melted chocolate until well combined and creamy.
- Pour the chocolate filling over the crust in the tart pan. Spread it evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until set.
- Serve chilled, and enjoy!
Notes
Press firmly when making the crust to keep it from falling apart. Consider using high-quality chocolate chips for the best flavor.
