- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix almond flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and salt until combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch tart pan to form an even layer.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt dark chocolate chips and coconut milk together, stirring until smooth and creamy.
- Remove from heat and stir in peppermint extract until well blended.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the crust, smoothing it out evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
- Slice into wedges and enjoy the refreshing, minty flavor!

Allow enough time for the tart to set properly for best texture. Use quality dark chocolate for enhanced flavor.
