- 1/4 cup (60 ml) yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp (30 g) honey
- 1 tsp (5 g) smoked paprika

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Carefully slice the kielbasa crosswise into 1-inch intervals, ensuring you don’t cut all the way through.
- Whisk together the yellow mustard, honey, and smoked paprika in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Generously brush the mustard mixture over each kielbasa bite, filling the pockets for maximum flavor.
- Arrange the kielbasa bites in the greased dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
These bites can be made ahead by preparing the mustard mixture and slicing the kielbasa a day in advance. Reheat in an air fryer for extra crispiness.
