- 4 chicken breasts, trimmed
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in the skillet.
- Sear the chicken on both sides until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
- Add the sun-dried tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Stir in the fresh basil before serving for a burst of flavor.
Notes
Don’t rush the searing step; it adds flavor and texture. Use freshly grated parmesan for the best sauce. Add extra herbs or spices to taste.
