Instructions
- Blend the spinach in a blender until it’s finely chopped.
- Add the avocado, almond milk (or coconut milk), and optional ingredients like MCT oil and chia seeds.
- Blend until smooth, adding ice cubes if desired.
- Taste the smoothie, and add sweetener if desired. Blend again.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy your deliciously green drink!
Notes
Use ripe avocados for the creamiest texture and feel free to add more spinach for extra nutrients. Experiment with different nut milks for flavor.
