Instructions
- Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds or thick slices, based on your preference.
- Halve the cherry tomatoes.
- In a large bowl, toss the sliced cucumbers, halved tomatoes, diced mozzarella, and torn basil leaves together gently.
- Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
- Carefully mix everything together until well combined.
