  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Add the black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes on top of the chicken.
  3. Sprinkle in the chopped onion and minced garlic for an extra flavor boost.
  4. Pour the chicken broth over the entire mixture.
  5. Season with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  6. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.
  7. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for about 360 minutes, or on high for 240 minutes.
