- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (or another sweetener)

- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Mix rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, combine the almond milk, mashed banana, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until well combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries, ensuring they’re evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm, or refrigerate for later!
Notes
Use ripe bananas for natural sweetness. Customize with your favorite fruits or add nuts for extra crunch.
