  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the baby potatoes in a large mixing bowl with olive oil, garlic, dried oregano, black pepper, and a pinch of salt until evenly coated.
