- 1/2 cup (125 g) peanut butter
- 1/4 cup (85 g) honey
- 1 cup (90 g) rolled oats
- 1/4 cup (45 g) dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup (30 g) chopped nuts (optional)
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey until smooth.
- Stir in the rolled oats, dark chocolate chips, chopped nuts (if using), and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls.
- Place the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up. Look for a slight hardness when you press the bites.
