Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
- Sauté the minced garlic for about a minute until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika; mix well.
- Toss in the Brussels sprouts and stir them around in the skillet for 3-4 minutes until they start to get tender.
- Drizzle soy sauce over the mixture (if using) and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are cooked to your liking.
- Serve hot, and enjoy!
Notes
Make sure to trim the Brussels sprouts well for even cooking. Don’t overcook the beef; it should remain juicy and flavorful. Try adding a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick!
