Green Protein Smoothie

A refreshing smoothie bursting with tropical flavors, packed with protein and nutrients, perfect for busy mornings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple coconut water (or regular)
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup frozen banana
  • 1/4 avocado, cut into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
  • 1 scoop of unflavored collagen peptides or your favorite protein powder

Instructions

  1. Pour the pineapple coconut water into a blender.
  2. Add the frozen mango and spinach to the blender.
  3. Toss in the frozen banana, avocado chunks, and almond butter.
  4. Sprinkle in the chia seeds, honey, lemon juice, and matcha powder.
  5. Add your scoop of collagen peptides or protein powder.
  6. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick, add a little more coconut water.
  7. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!

Notes

Use ripe bananas for natural sweetness and smooth texture. Don’t skip the avocado for added creaminess and healthy fats.
