- 1 cup pineapple coconut water (or regular)
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup frozen banana
- 1/4 avocado, cut into chunks
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
- 1 scoop of unflavored collagen peptides or your favorite protein powder
Instructions
- Pour the pineapple coconut water into a blender.
- Add the frozen mango and spinach to the blender.
- Toss in the frozen banana, avocado chunks, and almond butter.
- Sprinkle in the chia seeds, honey, lemon juice, and matcha powder.
- Add your scoop of collagen peptides or protein powder.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick, add a little more coconut water.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
Notes
Use ripe bananas for natural sweetness and smooth texture. Don’t skip the avocado for added creaminess and healthy fats.
