Instructions
- Chop the ingredients: Start by chopping the green apple and cucumber into smaller pieces for easier blending.
- Juice the lemon: Squeeze the juice from the lemon into a bowl, removing any seeds.
- Add to blender: Put the chopped apple, cucumber, ginger, and lemon juice into a blender.
- Pour in water: Add the water or coconut water to the blender for a refreshing base.
- Blend until smooth: Blend the mixture on high until it reaches a smooth consistency.
- Serve chilled: Pour into a glass, add ice cubes if desired, and enjoy!
