Instructions
- Boil the noodles: Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the oil: In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Sauté garlic: Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add sauces: Stir in the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Combine noodles: Toss the cooked noodles into the skillet, mixing well to ensure the noodles are fully coated in the sauce.
- Top it off: Sprinkle sesame seeds and add any vegetables or protein if desired. Stir to combine.
- Serve and garnish: Plate the noodles and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
Don’t overcook the noodles; keep them slightly firm (al dente) to maintain texture. Add vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli for extra flavor.
