- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup fried pickles, chopped
- 1 packet (about 1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in the chopped fried pickles and ranch seasoning mix until well combined.
- Fold in the fresh dill and chives, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve with chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
For best flavor, allow the dip to chill for at least 30 minutes. Can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to 4 days.
