- 4 large tortillas (10-inch; 25 cm)
- 12 oz sliced roast beef (340 g)
- 6 oz cheese (Swiss or provolone; 170 g)
- 1 cup au jus (for dipping)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional)
- 2 tablespoons mustard (optional)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
- Spread mayonnaise and mustard on each tortilla if desired.
- Layer sliced roast beef and cheese evenly on each tortilla.
- Roll the tortillas tightly from one end to the other and slice into bite-sized pieces.
- Serve with warm au jus for dipping.
Notes
You can prepare these roll-ups a few hours in advance. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Consider using different meats or cheese for variations.
