Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until fully blended.
- Stir in the cooked sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, and any optional bell peppers and onions.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is lightly golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
