  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Coarse sea salt (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, active dry yeast, salt, and sugar.
  2. Gradually stir in the warm water and olive oil until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Fold in the chopped rosemary and minced garlic into the dough.
  4. Lightly flour a clean surface, then knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a clean cloth, and allow it to rise in a warm place for about 15-20 minutes.
  6. While the dough is rising, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  7. Once the dough has risen, punch it down gently, then divide it into muffin-sized portions. Shape each portion into a muffin and place them in a greased muffin tin.
  8. Drizzle a little olive oil on top of each muffin and sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
  9. Place the muffins in the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes or until they are golden brown.
