- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing)
- Optional: herbs for garnish (like parsley or chives)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the cheese, vegetables, and cooked meats.
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil, then pour the egg mixture into the dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the frittata is set and golden on top.
- Let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. You can also freeze individual slices.
