- 13 oz. – 16 oz. Frozen Peas (thawed and drained)
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
- ½ cup Purple/Red Onion (chopped)
- ¼ cup Real Bacon Bits
Instructions
- Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well to create a creamy dressing.
- Add the thawed and drained peas to the bowl with the dressing.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped red onion, mixing until everything is coated evenly.
- Fold in the real bacon bits for that savory touch.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld together.
Notes
Use thawed peas for the best texture. Adjust seasoning to suit preference, and you can add diced cooked chicken for a heartier option.
