- 2 cans of cinnamon rolls, cut into quarters
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Powdered sugar for frosting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a baking dish with cooking spray or butter to prevent sticking.
- Cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters and place them evenly in the baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces, making sure all pieces are well-coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Drizzle with icing from the cinnamon roll cans once out of the oven.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
