- 1 pound of ground chicken
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup of hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package of burger buns
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, breadcrumbs, shredded cheese, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Assemble the chicken buns by placing a chicken patty inside each bun.
- Add extra toppings like lettuce, tomato, or more cheese if desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
