Instructions
- Mix the crushed chocolate wafers and softened cream cheese in a bowl until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, to form the snowman bodies.
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- Dip each truffle in the melted white chocolate, making sure to coat them evenly.
- Place the dipped truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let them cool until the chocolate hardens.
- Decorate the truffles with mini chocolate chips for eyes, orange candy melts for noses, and coconut flakes for a snowy effect.
- Top with candy hats if desired, and let your snowmen chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
