Instructions
- Wash and dry the cucumbers, then slice them thinly on a cutting board.
- Place the cucumber slices in a large bowl.
- Pour the Caesar dressing over the cucumbers and toss until evenly coated.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese and toss gently to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste—remember the dressing may already be salty.
- Sprinkle croutons on top right before serving to keep them crunchy.
- Serve with lemon wedges on the side for a bright squeeze if desired.
