  • 2 Green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu: Remove excess moisture by pressing the tofu between paper towels or a clean kitchen towel for about 15 minutes.
  2. Cut and coat the tofu: Cut the pressed tofu into bite-sized cubes and toss them in cornstarch until well-coated.
  3. Prepare the sauce: In a bowl, whisk together the honey (or maple syrup), minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  4. Fry the tofu: Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Carefully add the tofu cubes in a single layer and fry until golden brown on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.
