Creamsicle Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, cubed
  • 1 package (12 oz) white chocolate chips
  • 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow crème
  • 3 teaspoons orange extract
  • 10-12 drops orange food coloring

Instructions

  1. In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, mix the sugar, evaporated milk, and cubed butter together over medium heat. Stir continuously until the mixture comes to a boil.
  2. Once boiling, keep stirring and let it boil for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat, then add white chocolate chips and marshmallow crème. Stir until everything is melted and well combined.
  4. Mix in the orange extract and food coloring to reach your desired color and flavor.
  5. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the fudge mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Allow the fudge to cool to room temperature. Then, refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  7. Once set, cut into small squares and enjoy!
