- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup butter, cubed
- 1 package (12 oz) white chocolate chips
- 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow crème
- 3 teaspoons orange extract
- 10-12 drops orange food coloring
Instructions
- In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, mix the sugar, evaporated milk, and cubed butter together over medium heat. Stir continuously until the mixture comes to a boil.
- Once boiling, keep stirring and let it boil for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat, then add white chocolate chips and marshmallow crème. Stir until everything is melted and well combined.
- Mix in the orange extract and food coloring to reach your desired color and flavor.
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the fudge mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.
- Allow the fudge to cool to room temperature. Then, refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Once set, cut into small squares and enjoy!
