Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Chop the green and purple cabbage finely and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Grate the carrots and add them to the bowl with the cabbage.
  3. Combine the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, celery seeds, salt, and pepper in a separate small bowl.
  4. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots.
  5. Toss everything together until the veggies are well coated.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
