- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, mix the granulated sugar with the evaporated milk over medium heat.
- Stir in the butter and continue cooking until the mixture comes to a rolling boil, stirring constantly.
- Once boiling, remove from heat and add the white chocolate chips, vanilla extract, mini marshmallows, and a pinch of salt. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and pour the fudge mixture in, spreading it evenly.
- Let the fudge sit at room temperature for at least 2 hours, or until fully set. Cut into squares and enjoy!
